Keeping It Scaly – Event Booking & Payment Terms
1. Booking Deposit (Required):
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to officially reserve your event date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Final Payment:
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
3. Payment Options:
We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your event once at no additional charge, provided we are given at least 72 hours’ notice. New dates are subject to availability. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
5. Cancellations & Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, only the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will result in full charge with no refund.
6. Outdoor Events & Weather:
For outdoor bookings, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if bad weather is expected. We do not perform in unsafe conditions (e.g., rain, excessive heat/cold). We will reschedule your event based on availability.
7. Travel Charges:
Events beyond our standard service radius may include an additional travel fee, disclosed at the time of booking.
